Please note that FJOLLA NILA will not calculate, invoice, or collect any taxes, duties, import fees, or related amounts or charges (“Duties”) other than shipping costs at checkout. You are responsible for paying applicable Duties. FJOLLA NILA is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any Duties or costs (including costs of return shipping) resulting from your refusal or failure to pay Duties.

 

Can i request an exchange ?

We offer exchanges within 24 hours of receiving your order. The dress must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned dress, we will begin preparing the replacement. Standard production and delivery take up to three weeks, while priority service takes approximately 7–10 business days. Please note that return and reshipping costs are covered by the client.
