Please note that FJOLLA NILA will not calculate, invoice, or collect any taxes, duties, import fees, or related amounts or charges (“Duties”) other than shipping costs at checkout. You are responsible for paying applicable Duties. FJOLLA NILA is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, any Duties or costs (including costs of return shipping) resulting from your refusal or failure to pay Duties.

 

Can i request an exchange ?

We offer complimentary shipping on all online orders. In-stock items ship within 10 business days, while made-to-order items require up to 40 days.
Import duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country and are not covered by us.
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days for size issues or damaged items- same model only.
