I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent order. At the time of purchase, you were fully aware that I was leaving for Italy on August 6th and you reassured me on multiple occasions that my dresses would be delivered no later than July 30th. Based on your repeated assurances, I did not purchase any alternative dresses for my event.
The dresses were not delivered as promised, and I did not receive them until August 13th — well after my departure. This delay has caused significant disruption during my trip, forcing me to spend time coordinating with DHL and my hotel instead of focusing on my event.
In addition, the black dress was delivered without the lining I specifically requested (and even offered to pay extra for), despite you confirming it would be included. The dress is completely transparent without it, making it unwearable for my intended purpose.
Most concerning is that the shipment to Italy was made without any prior disclosure that I would be responsible for €404.52 in customs duties and VAT. These fees were never mentioned before shipping, and are a direct result of your failure to deliver the order to the original destination by the agreed date. As such, I do not accept responsibility for these additional costs and expect your company to cover them in full or reimburse me immediately if I pay them to secure release of the items.
This situation has caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and additional expense. I require a written response confirming how you will resolve both the customs fee issue. I would like to continue to potentially purchase from you in the future. Thank you
